• • usually, prices tend to increase during holiday seasons in July, August, December, or national holidays. Upon booking, we will send an invoice to your email or via WhatsApp. Kindly make a deposit payment one day before the trip takes place.

Registration and Payment:

• • a. Registration can be done online through the official website or via registered tour agents in Gili Trawangan, Lombok.

• • b. Online bookings need to pay a 50% deposit of the total price before the activity starts.

Delays and Cancellations:

• • a. For Sharing Snorkeling trips, participants more than 10 minutes late cannot join the activity.

• • b. Cancellations can be made with a notice of 7th days before the departure date for a 100% refund, 3rd days before the arrival date for a 50% refund, and cancel from the 3rd days to the day of arrival date are non-refundable.
